The results of the operations made with this equipment are displayed in a graph on specific formats. TEST AND VALIDATION EQUIPMENT
DYNAMIC TESTING FOR ROTATIONAL EQUIPMENT (HCRT, CRT, AND CEMENT SWIVEL) OS ROTACIONALES
The testing is recorded and monitored trough the Computerized Analysis Torque System (CAT SYSTEM) which generates a graph (Torque Vs. Time) that registers the maximum torque that exists between the actuator and the body. This system also provides a report in PDF format that serves as certificate.
TENSION TEST (Hydraulic Press 800 TON)
TEST BENCH WITH MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY OF 800 TONS.
The tension test is performed using a Hydraulic Power Unit Electric (HPUe) which feeds the cylinders of the HCRT or CDS with hydraulic power.
